The Call for Applications and Nominations for the eighth version of the UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development is now open.
Funded by the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Distinguished Academic Performance, the prize is awarded each two years and goals to reward revolutionary practices that contribute to enhancing the standard of instructing and studying all over the world.
The Prize of US$300,000 is split between the three laureates. Candidates ought to be establishments, organizations and academic or analysis institutes working to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of lecturers.
Applications are to be submitted in English or French by 31 October 2023 at midnight (Paris time, GMT+1) through a devoted on-line platform.
