Donald Trump has lost two last-ditch bids to delay his hush money trial just days before the 15 April start date.
The former president argued that the trial should be postponed while he fought to change the venue and move the case out of Manhattan.
On Monday, a state appeals court judge rejected his argument. On Tuesday a request for delay while he challenges a gag order was also denied.
The former president has made a series of last-ditch efforts to stall his first of four criminal trials, including a potential suit against New York Justice Juan Merchan to block the gag order against him.
Judge Merchan also released the jury questionnaire for the case that includes questions asking prospective jurors if they ever supported or belonged to the QAnon movement or the Proud Boys.
Meanwhile, Mr Trump has also released a video on Truth Social boasting about taking responsibility for the end of Roe v Wade, making false claims about Democratic officials’ positions on abortion rights, and claiming assist for IVF. Mr Trump didn’t declare outright assist for a federal abortion ban, disappointing allies together with Republican Senator Lindsey Graham.
