A little bit lady has been rushed to hospital this afternoon after being hit by a van, police have confirmed.
The three-year-old, who was out together with her mum on the time, will not be thought to have sustained accidents that have been life-threatening or life-changing.
The driver has been arrested on suspicion of inflicting critical damage by careless driving, it’s understood.
A spokesperson for GMP stated: “At round 1.40pm immediately, officers responded to studies of a highway site visitors collision between a van and a baby on Market Street, Hindley.
“The baby was taken to hospital with accidents not believed to be life-threatening or altering. One man has been arrested and enquiries are ongoing.”
