Mr. Harmen Jan Kruitbosch was referred to as Home on Monday, October 9, 2023, on the age of 95 years. Along along with his loving spouse of 74 years, Hendrika, Harmen is survived by his kids, Henry (Sue), Ingrid and Olga (Brad); his grandchildren who will fondly keep in mind their ‘Opa’, Lori, Colton, Sean (Shannon), Curtis (Taylor) and Stephen in addition to his three great-grandchildren, Cruz, Roman and Andy. Harmen was predeceased by his daughter, Ann; grandson, Gerrit; mother and father, Hendrik and Gerritdina; siblings, Trudy, Riet and Fred; in addition to his son-in-law, Barry. Harmen was born in Diepenveen, Holland on January 6, 1928. He married the love of his life, Hendrika in 1949, and so they immigrated to Canada later that very same yr. They settled in Taber after which Lethbridge the place Henry and Ann had been born. They then moved to Richmond, BC., the place the twins had been born. In 1969, they moved again to sunny Alberta and settled in Medicine Hat. Harmen was a faithful husband, doting father and an energetic Opa who might be actually missed! A Memorial Celebration of Harmen’s life might be held on the Christian Reformed Church, 300 Primrose Drive S.E., Medicine Hat on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with Chaplain George Koopmans officiating.
