Northern District Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley got up Friday early morning as the Democratic candidate for guv in this November’s basic election.
The executive committee of the Mississippi Democratic Party on Thursday night ruled that both of Presley’s challengers in the August celebration main — Gregory Wash and Bob Hickingbottom — had actually not satisfied the eligibility requirements to run for guv.
