Princess Cruises cuts down on advantages
Princess Cruises just recently revealed modifications to its investor and military advantages program, which isn’t great for visitors who have military service and are investors.
Previously, investors owning 100 or more shares of Carnival Corporation, the parent business of Princess Cruises, might combine onboard credits with military advantages.
Starting June 29, 2023, that is all going to alter.
Under a freshly presented policy, certifying people who are military members and investors will need to pick in between the 2 kinds of credits, as the mix of both will no longer be enabled.
Two ships are being sold this fall
Two cruise liner are being offered.
American Queen Voyages revealed strategies to withdraw its 2 202-passenger ships, Ocean Navigator and Ocean Voyager, from the Great Lakes to prioritize its river cruises.
While the scheduled cruises on the Great Lakes will continue up until November 2023, the business plans to offer the 2 ships and stop their operation in the Great Lakes for 2024 and 2025.
This tactical shift will enable the cruise line to focus its resources on boosting its river cruise schedules and ships.
A rough flight out for Royal Caribbean
Video is appearing on social networks of a beautiful wild sail far from Central Florida on Friday.
An unexpected storm put Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas in a wind tunnel as it was leaving from Port Canaveral, Florida.
“On Friday, June 16, while departing from Port Canaveral, Independence of the Seas encountered a sudden gust of high winds. This lasted for a brief period, and there were no serious injuries to our guests or crew.”
Independence of the Seas continued its frequently scheduled 3-night travel plan, getting to Perfect Day at CocoCay in The Bahamas on Saturday early morning.
