Trial dates stay unclear as Trump appears to be like to delay proceedings

As former President Donald Trump faces prison fees in 4 instances whereas working his third presidential marketing campaign, his calendar stays murky.
In the federal election subversion case, US District Judge Tanya Chutkan is predicted to set a trial date tomorrow as the previous president makes an attempt to delay proceedings till after the 2024 election.
In the election subversion case in Fulton County, Georgia, two of the previous president’s allies — Kenneth Chesebro, architect of the pretend electors plot, and lawyer Sidney Powell — have requested a speedy trial.
The choose presiding over the case scheduled Chesebro’s trial to begin October 23, and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis tried to use the date to all defendants within the case, together with the previous president. However, the choose made it clear that the trial date applies solely to Chesebro. A date for Powell’s trial has not been set.
