A 70-year-old lady apparently attacked and left by the side of the roadway in Richlands on Tuesday, 2 May was assisted by a Good Samaritan, with cops appealing for this lady to call them.
The female vehicle driver, taking a trip along Industrial Avenue, in between Progress Road and Formation Street at Richlands on May 2 stopped and helped the lady at around 3.30pm, transferring her to stores in Goodna.
The 70-year-old lady called cops on 5 May with officers apprehending and charging a 38-year-old Bundamba man later on that day.
He was rejected cops bail and appeared in the Richlands Magistrates Court on 8 May charged with 13 offenses a few of that include 3 counts of major attack of a lady over 60 and 2 counts each of hazardous operation of an automobile, typical attack and wilful damage.
The man was remanded in custody to re-appear at the Richland Magistrates Court on 10 July.
Police are wanting to consult with the female vehicle driver who stopped and help the lady on Tuesday, 2 May.

Police are appealing for public support after a lady was seriously hurt throughout a hit and run traffic crash in Leichhardt on Sunday, 7 May.
Initial examinations show simply after 7pm, a 32-year-old Leichhardt lady was crossing at the traffic control on the Toongarra and Samford Road crossway when she was struck by a motorcycle.
The rider, who was knocked from the bike, repelled from the scene along Toongarra Road towards the city without using helping to the lady.
She was transferred to Ipswich Hospital with major head and leg injuries.
The bike, an orange-white off-road bike, was driving unpredictably and sped through a traffic signal on Toongarra Road prior to the accident.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 33-year-old Collingwood Park lady was attacked and had her car taken in Dinmore on Friday, 5 May.
Investigations show right before 10.15pm, the lady was walking towards her parked vehicle at a Brisbane Road filling station when she was approached by a man who was unidentified to her.
The man attacked the lady and took her car.
The lady was transferred to the Ipswich Hospital with a head injury.
