City of Willoughby on objective to grow painted rock snake ‘Ozzy’ at Osborne Park

WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — Along the sidewalk of Osborne Park in Willoughby lies n art task with an objective—get the neighborhood together to build a snake made from painted rocks.

The task—called Ozzy the Snake—looks for neighborhood members young and old to take a blank rock from the stack provided in front of the Ozzy the Snake indication, break out the art products and embellish the piece of earth.

From painted work of arts to bejeweled brick, stones that are personalized are then asked to be reminded the park and contributed to completion of the now-growing line of rocks, extending the snake as long as they can.
