A female traveler who attempted to fly to a resort with her French Bulldog wound up deserting the animal in a parking area when staff declined to let the family pet on board, authorities said.
The dog was “discovered ignored in a stroller” at the Pittsburgh International Airport on Friday early morning at 5.30 a.m., the Allegheny County Police Department tweeted.
The traveler was informed she would require a cage for her dog in order to fly with it. But the lady later on left the puppy “near short-term parking and continued to board a flight,” authorities said.
A microchip was discovered on the dog, however the owner could not be gotten in touch with, the department included.
