A baby suffered life-altering accidents after being bitten and dragged by a canine in a waterfront playground Saturday morning, Toronto police stated.
The incident occurred at round 10:15 a.m. at Little Norway Parkclose to Lake Shore Boulevard West and Bathurst Street.
Police stated a girl was inside a playground space together with her off-leashed canine when a father and his baby arrived.
The canine charged towards the kid by way of an open gate, bit and dragged them to the bottom, police stated.
The girl and the daddy tried to get the canine to launch the kid, police stated, and ultimately, the canine let go of the kid.
Police stated the girl then fled the playground with the canine.
The baby was transported to the hospital with critical however non-life-threatening accidents.
On Saturday eveningpolice launched a photograph of the girl and her canine, saying, “There is a concern for public safety.”
She is described as 30 to 40 years old, between five-foot-nine and five-foot-11, with a big build and darkish hair in a ponytail.
Meanwhile, the canine is black, tan and white in color and was final seen carrying a black-hooded jacket and a series collar.
