Tacoma Animal Shelter Urgently Seeks Dog Food Donations for Community Pets Amidst Increasing Want – The Suburban Instances

The Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County’s Pet Food & Supply Pantry is in pressing want of dry pet food donations attributable to elevated want in Pierce County.

In 2023, the shelter’s Pet Food & Supply Pantry distributed almost 90,000 kilos of pet meals to over 7,000 group pets in want. This yr, demand has already doubled, putting even better pressure on the pantry’s assets.

Donate Dry Dog Food: Donations of dry pet food could be dropped off on the shelter positioned at 2608 Center St. in Tacoma throughout working hours, Monday by Sunday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm.
