ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. — A St. Louis Park man said somebody took his dog right out of his yard and it was all captured on video camera.

“The just thing I wish to occur is for Kyah to come home,” said Kyah’s owner, Andrew Ortiz.

According to Ortiz, it took simply minutes for 2 people to ferret out his 3-year-old Pomeranian Shih-Tzu called Kyah and take her away.

“It appeared extremely computed, prepared,” said Ortiz. “I’ve never ever heard her make those noises in my life, I’m getting chills simply thinking of those noises.”

It all took place after Andrew returned home and let his dog outside right before 10:00 pm Tuesday night. A next-door neighbor’s Ring video camera recorded part of the occurrence, so did Andrew’s front door video camera.

His next-door neighbor whose video camera recorded the video footage was the very first to call authorities.

“If it was a human life, it would be dealt with a lot more seriously,” said Ortiz. “She’s an extremely bubbly dog. There’s not an individual in the room that she does not like.”

Ortiz has actually published videos of the occurrence on social networks, however said there have yet to be any concrete leads.
