A person was reportedly rushed to hospital earlier at the moment after being attacked by a canine in Midlothian.
The horror incident is believed to have occurred subsequent to Stobhill Primary School on Hillside Crescent North, Gorebridge at round 11.45am on Monday.
Locals reported a heavy police presence within the space, in addition to paramedics from the Scottish Ambulance Service being in attendance. It’s believed the person was taken to the hospital to be handled for the accidents he sustained in the course of the alleged attack.
Police say {that a} 38-year-old male has been charged in reference to the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “Around 11.45am on Monday, 29 April, 2024, officers obtained a report of a person having been injured by a canine on Hillside Crescent North, Gorebridge.
“The man was taken to hospital for therapy.
“A 38-year-old man has been charged in connection and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
