BALTIMORE — Police are looking for the individual who fired numerous bullets into a dog in West Baltimore last month, according to authorities.
The dog’s injuries were so extreme that it needed to be euthanized, cops said.
The individual dedicated the act of animal cruelty in the 1300 block of North Carey Street around 6:40 p.m. on July 8, cops said.
On that day, a lady was walking her dog in the 1300 block of North Carey Street when a man approached her, according to authorities.
The dog lunged at the man, however the lady had the ability to limit her family pet, cops said.
She notified the man that her dog bites. That’s when the man pulled a gun out of his waistband and fired a round at the dog, according to authorities.
He relied on leave however then returned and shot the dog numerous times, cops said.
The man ran away the location in a white SUV, according to authorities.
“I seem like that was really dreadful,” next-door neighbor Sherry Carter said. “I suggest they’re animals, to me they resemble humans.”
