Oregon resident below investigation for allegedly freezing puppies to feed pet snake
COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ore. (KATU) —
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office says they served a search warrant Friday, March 22, at a Goble space residence after Columbia County Animal Control obtained info {that a} resident was freezing litters of puppies to feed their pet snake.
Officials say through the execution of the search warrant, the sheriff’s workplace recovered and seized 18 deceased frozen puppies. They had been taken to the Oregon Humane Society to find out the reason for loss of life.
Several snakes had been discovered on the residence and one snake was seized by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife as a part of the investigation, officers mentioned.
