GAYLORD, Mich. (WILX) – A 36-year-old man is dealing with a number of felonies after apparently threatening a lady with a weapon after their dog got on a bed.
According to authoritiesit occurred at about 6 p.m. Sunday at a residence on Otsego Lake Drive in Otsego Lake Township. Police said they received a 911 call from a 3rd party who said a lady had a weapon pointed at her at your home.
When cops showed up, they discovered the female being in a vehicle exterior. They said she informed cannon fodders that Paul Norman Nowakowski had actually ended up being upset in the day about their dog getting on the bed and she texted a friend she didn’t feel safe. Police said when Nowakowski learnt more about the text, he broke her phone and pointed a weapon at her and the dog.
After speaking to Nowakowski, cannon fodders put him under detained and taken 2 pistols.
Nowakowski was charged on one count of attack with a hazardous weapon, one count of felony guns, one count of having a gun under the impact and one count of domestic violence.
His bond was set at $5,000. He is anticipated to go back to court July 27.
