HUNTINGTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is charged after he got mad that his sweetheart was walking the dog too long and slapped her.

According to the Huntington Police Department, a female victim said her sweetheart, Aaron Andrew Hay, of 7 years, got mad at her since she had actually taken too long walking the dog behind the apartment building. When she returned, Mr. Hay implicated her of unfaithful with another man.

During the argument at the front door, a witness observed Mr. Hay tossing products around within. The witness said Mr. Hay pressed the victim versus the door and struck her in the face.

Hay then got away the scene prior to police showed up. As he ran, he informed the victim, “I will kill you if I see you again.”

Hay is charged with domestic battery. He is presently in Western Regional Jail under a 5,000 dollar bond.
