A man who was assaulted by dogs at a homeless camp in the Juniper Ridge location passed away of his injuries Wednesday early morning, the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies were called out to the location referred to as “Dirt World” at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.
The constable’s workplace said deputies discovered the victim, Joseph Taylor Keeton, had actually lost a great deal of blood after the attack. Deputies used a tourniquet, started CPR and utilized a defibrillator. Keeton was required to St. Charles in Bend by paramedics.
