A Marshalltown man has actually been charged with animal disregard triggering death after among his dogs was discovered dead beyond an East Linn Street residence on Friday night.
At 7:11 p.m. Friday, Marshalltown policeman reacted to 510 E. Linn St. to carry out a well-being look at dogs left ignored outdoors at your house, according to a news release from the Marshalltown Police Department. Upon arrival, they discovered 3 dogs bound in the yard.
