A 44-year-old man in Jefferson County, Missouri, is dealing with a number of felony expenses for throwing a Pit Bull puppy from the third-story window of a resort room. Unfortunately, the 3-month-old pup succumbed to their accidents.
Reports say the suspect, recognized as Michael Lott, is dealing with animal abuse, property harm, and harassment expenses. Lott has beforehand served jail time and has pending felony expenses for different unrelated crimes.
