A man allegedly hid a puppy with a damaged pelvis from the RSPCA after it was hit by a automotive and left untreated.
An RSPCA inspector went to a property at St James in Perth after a report a few four-month-old Staffordshire terrier-cross puppy who had allegedly been left untreated for greater than per week after being trapped beneath the wheel of a automotive.

After repeated warnings, the inspector returned to the property with WA Police.

The 46-year-old has been charged with offences beneath the Animal Welfare Act.
