Bashor, who said she satisfied Logan County CSU Extension Director Brian Kailey through her job as an intern with the Weld County workplace, has experience evaluating 4-H, and kept in mind the Weld County program has to do with two times the size of Logan County’s.

However, she said, Friday’s program “ran quite smoothly,” and the little group of exhibitors was “consistently good.”

The dogs and their exhibitors completed in obedience and rally departments, which are divided by experience, and the showmanship department, which is based upon the age of the exhibitor.
