An animal charity is looking for houses for puppies discovered abandoned in a cement bag last month.
The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) have actually introduced an interest discover houses for 8 “wonder” puppies rescued by a female and her kids on a forest walk.
