A Fort Collins man who was sentenced to 60 days in jail for animal cruelty after his canine died of warmth exhaustion in his automotive filed an attraction that was dismissed with prejudice on Thursday, in line with courtroom paperwork.
Michael Reynolds, 32, left his canine, Keef, in his car with the windows rolled up for more than four hours whereas taking part in golf in Littleton in July. Witnesses seen the canine’s misery and tried to find Reynolds, referred to as 911 and used a golf membership to interrupt the automotive’s rear window and rescue Keef. The canine was unresponsive and makes an attempt to carry out CPR had been unsuccessful.
