A Massachusetts female is alerting animal owners and moms and dads after her dog was zapped when he strolled over a metal plate covering an electrical energy compartment near a property pathway in Swampscott.

Christine Tierney was walking her dog, Oscar, at Lincoln Circle, like she does every early morning, when he blurted a seem like she had actually never ever heard prior to.
