If you like dogs and you like music then the Dog Lovers Festival 2023, including a selection of homage bands, is the location to be. It will be going back to Elvaston Castle Showground on the weekend of Friday, August 4, to Sunday, August 6.
It is billed as the “ultimate dog-friendly celebration embeded in the wonderful Derbyshire countryside” and “is the ideal method to commemorate our canine pals and take pleasure in a weekend in the outdoors” while remaining in “the K9 camping site”.
There will be a series of trade stands, numerous taking into consideration the numerous dog enthusiasts who will be on-site, along with a dog reveal with classifications such as loveliest lady, prettiest puppy, dogs with a special needs and the owner that looks most like their dog.

A program spokesperson said: “As constantly, we have a fun-packed experience for the dogs with dexterity, scamper run, lure chasing, steeplechase, conceal and look for, doggie dip, and great deals of pointers and recommendations from dog groups and professionals.
“And a great series of stalls offering leads, collars, harnesses, toys, food and anything else you can think about – there is lots to do at Dog Lovers 2023.”
The series of homage acts consists of Blondie, Robbie Williams, The Beatles, David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, Foo Fighters, Tom Jones and the Rolling Stones.
Some weekend and day tickets are still available and can be bought online here or at eviction on the day, together with outdoor camping tickets for camping tents or caravans.
