When requested what he used to attack Brown, Czech allegedly responded “my enamel,” including he “used his enamel to eat [Brown’s] eyeballs and ears.”
Chief deputy public defender David Westbrook advised Las Vegas Justice Court on Wednesday (May 1) Czech was insane. He was granted a competency listening to on May 24.
“I’ve spoken to him, and I’ve decided that he’s incompetent,” he stated. “We will resolve all of the factual allegations, that may be a course of. But earlier than we get there now we have to enter the competency proceedings.”
