APPOMATTOX, Va. (WDBJ/Gray News) – A litter of new child puppies was rescued from a dumpster in Virginia Monday.
A building employee in Appomattox checked contained in the dumpster after he heard whimpers and located 4 puppies inside a pet food bag dumped inside, in line with Appomattox Animal Control.
The puppies happily weren’t injured and are thought of wholesome, animal management mentioned.
WDBJ reports the dogs are of a hound canine breed and presumed to have been born Sunday.
The pups have been organized to stay in a long-term foster home, in line with animal management.
Officials mentioned there are not any suspects at the moment, however anybody with info on who left the puppies within the dumpster is requested to contact Appomattox Animal Control at 434-352-7622.
