I received the report from the [animal] behaviour specialist and reading that, it is my view that it offers absolutely nothing of any worth. My view is that the report is flawed in numerous methods.

“In regards to the report it speaks about pictures of injuries. There were no injuries in connection with the event. I could not comprehend that part of the report. It is an inconsistent report.”

It was heard in the court that Morrow was not present for the evaluation of the behaviour specialist report due to an issue for “public safety”.
