Newly launched troubling body video camera video caught an authorities dog trampling an unarmed Black man who had his hands up after a long chase in Ohio.

Jadarrius Rose, 23, was driving a semi-tractor vehicle westbound on United States path 35 on 4 July. He did not react to several calls by a motor provider enforcement inspector and the Ohio State Highway Patrol to stop after authorities identified his trailer was “missing a left rear mud flap”, the occurrence report said, according to NBC News.

“Get it off!” he is heard stating as one cannon fodder requests for the dog to be gotten rid of from the suspect.

Another officer is heard requiring an emergency treatment set. The video likewise revealed among the law enforcement officer covering her mouth with her hands and walking far from the area.

Officials said the 23-year-old Mr Rose was ultimately apprehended and offered very first aid-treatment.

The highway patrol said the case is still being examined.

It is not right away clear if the officer who let loose the canine to assault the unarmed man has actually dealt with any disciplinary action up until now.
