NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (CBSNewsTexas.com) – Newly launched video programs North Richland Hills policeman rescue a family’s dog recently.
Late Sunday night, Roxie’s owners called the North Richland Hills Joint Communication Center to report their 95-pound dog was stuck under a hot shed. The high that day was 93 degrees, with feels-like temperatures over 100 degrees.
NRHPD think Roxie was chasing after a possum when she discovered herself wedged beneath the shed.
Officers Saunders and Allday got to Payte Ln. and discovered there was no chance to coax the dog out the method she entered. The just alternative was to saw an opening in the shed to release her.
After almost thirty minutes of thoroughly sawing and spying the floor covering away, Roxie was complimentary. Other than being hot and a little developed from being stuck, Roxie is supposedly doing ok.
