A four-month-old beagle puppy who discovered himself trapped in a wall was rescued by West Midlands Fire Service on Tuesday, May 7, the service said.

Footage launched by West Midlands Fire Service reveals Jeremy together with his head wedged within the hole of a brick wall.

“Canine-nine-nine,” West Midlands Fire Service wrote. “Beagle pup Jeremy got into a spot of bother this morning after wedging his head in a brick wall.”

Firefighters have been capable of free Jeremy minutes after they arrived by putting a protecting cowl over his head and ears and wedging him again out the best way he got here.

The footage was submitted by way of the service’s 999eye system, which permits members of the general public to ship pictures of the incidents they’re reporting. Credit: West Midlands Fire Service through Storyful
