On Sunday, July 9, a couple were walking their dog on Harrison Park playing fields at around 8.20pm, when a male doing a ‘wheelie’ on the electrical bike hit the dog, triggering him to yelp and leaving him shaking on the flooring and hurt.

When the male on the bike was challenged by members of the general public, he yelled abuse and rode away onto Sandcliffe Road when authorities went to.

Officers browsed the location however were unable to find the transgressor.

A representative for Merseyside Police said: “We are appealing for anybody who identifies the bike or clothes in the image to get in touch with authorities. We are likewise eager to speak with anybody who was driving previous Harrison Park at the time of the event who might have dashcam.
