The arrests of Paul Thomas Baylor III, 19, and Justin Uzonna Anabaraonye, 18, come after the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Allegany County Animal Control on March 12 about an animal cruelty criticism, the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office stated in a statement posted to its Facebook web page.
The criticism reportedly included pictures of what seemed to be burnt stays of dogs, and an investigation was launched in consequence. Authorities didn’t elaborate on who despatched the pictures.
