WINDSOR LOCKS — Police in Windsor Locks are on the hunt for a person accused of a home assault that left a lady injured and a kitten lifeless.
Kevin Colgan, 44, with no mounted handle, faces fees together with two counts every of third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, and cruelty to animals, authorities introduced Tuesday.
The search started after a misery name on Saturday from a lady claiming to be assaulted by her boyfriend, Colgan.
She reported that he punched her within the face and throat and threatened the lives of her kittens.
During the altercation, Colgan grabbed one of many kittens and fatally threw it in opposition to an air compressor, based on the police.
The day prior, Colgan allegedly head-butted the lady, punched her, and tossed one other kitten throughout the room.
The girl sustained facial accidents however refused medical care, the police report acknowledged.
Previous assaults have gone unreported or had been falsely attributed to different people as a result of sufferer’s concern, the report added.
Colgan is understood to spend time in Hartford, CT.
