CLINTON, WASH. — Wednesday early morning, ferryboat employees saw a small kitten on an in-water terminal structure at the Clinton terminal.
As they searched for the kitten, they identified it in the water.
Feeling that the kitten’s life remained in threat, the team right away released a rescue boat and took the soaked kitten as it holds on to an overseas stacking.
Once ashore, Clinton Ferry Terminal staff members constructed a comfy kennel out of scavenged products. After drying, the kitten was required to the South Whidbey Animal Shelter for an examination.
Thankfully, due to the fast actions of the ferryboat team, all 9 of the kitten’s lives still stay.
