YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – Siul, a two-month-old ill kitten was drawn from her kennel near the front workplace on June 30, Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m.

Annette Lagunas, Humane Society of Yuma (HSOY) Executive Director explains Siul as a really little, tabby gray and black kitten.

The Humane Society is concerned due to the fact that Siul might lose her eye if she’s not returned quickly.

“So that eye was under such treatment that lot of times with those child kittens we need to eliminate them if they do not improve,” explained Lagunas. “And so our issue is this poor kitten is not in any veterinary care at this moment and we do not understand what it requires therefore we actually simply desire this kitten back.”

Lagunas said there has actually been word on YPD’s Facebook page from locals that the suspects headed directly for Walmart after kidnapping her.

One of the residents composed, “My kids and I saw this couple in Walmart that day! We all held and snuggled this sweet cat. I’m so sad!”

Lagunas has a message for the suspects.

“At this point, this has to do with that cat’s safety and wellness and we require that kitten back in our care so that we can appropriately treat and handle any discomfort it might be having due to the fact that of that eye,” Lagunas said.

Lagunas said the suspects might have embraced Siul and they would have supplied treatment and medication for her, however they never ever provided the shelter the chance.
