A horrified beachgoer rushed the clowder of kittens to native animal shelter Cat Haven, in Perth’s Shenton Park.

Staff on the shelter handled the kittens and gave them meals.

The animals who had been named Raya, Renee, Ranna, Ryan, and Reece are actually protected and will probably be de-sexed on the weekend earlier than being put up for adoption.
