The Barrie SPCA is taking inspiration from a standard child bathe with its latest occasion this weekend to arrange for an inflow of cats this summer time.
The SPCA held what it calls a ‘Kitten Shower’ on Sunday, inviting friends to the animal centre to assist with fundraising for the charity group.
“Pregnant mothers are coming in and one feminine cat can have as much as 100 kittens in her lifetime,” stated Shannon Laflamme, Barrie SPCA Community Outreach Coordinator.
