JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Multiple residents at two Arlington condominium complexes have reached their boiling level with a pack of dogs they stated have been terrorizing them and their pets.
The residents on the Oak Hammock Apartment advanced and the Oakwood Villa advanced on Acme Street close to Kona Avenue imagine the dogs come from a close-by home.
Surveillance video captured the pack of free dogs attacking a number of cats and kittens that belong to Karen Harrell and dwell on her entrance patio contained in the Oakwood Villa advanced.
Harrell stated she grabbed a follow defend her pets and hold the dogs away from the patio. Then, you may hear her say: “Bring me my [expletive] gun.”

Harrell stated each evening she creates a barrier with cinderblocks to maintain the dogs out and hold her cats protected. The cats, nonetheless, aren’t the one ones being terrorized.
“The children will be at the park and the kids will come running here saying the dogs are coming. Tenants have to keep their children inside and they don’t feel safe coming out onto this property,” Harrell stated.
Across the road on the Oak Hammock Apartment advanced, neighbors have comparable complaints about the identical pack of dogs.
“They’re attacking people and they need to do something with the dogs. It’s causing problems around here,” one man informed News4JAX.
Tangela Jackson stated the dogs bit a baby and a person.
“It is very concerning because our kids play out here every day,” Jackson stated.
Another man stated the dogs chased him.
“I was walking outside to get something from my car and once I got to my car, I saw a dog. I turned around and started running. I came back because my doors were open, so I jumped on top of the car,” he stated.
Animal management was made conscious of the issue, however it’s unclear what’s being completed to stop additional assaults.
