The 25 finalists for the 2023 Comedy Pets Photography Awards were just recently revealed, and these images of family pets from around the globe are paw-sitively funny.
The competitors started a couple of years ago when expert photographers Tom Sullam and Paul Joynson-Hicks, who already ran the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards, wished to branch off and bring awareness to the pleasure family pets give individuals’s lives. Their hope is that the yearly custom motivates the assistance of little grassroots animal well-being charities.
“Through the Comedy Pets, we wish to promote positive awareness of animal well-being concerns and commemorate the unbelievable and important contribution that family pets can and do have on our lives,” the organization’s objective declaration checks out.
Anyone who wishes to elect the People’s Choice Award has up until Aug. 6. Six judges will likewise determine the winner of the Overall Best Photo award, which includes a prize, a £500 ($654.55) prize money and a SpeedTop crossbody bag.
The images will be evaluated by whichever most effectively “integrates the very best technical quality with the most entertaining material and caption.” Winners will be revealed on Aug. 11.
