One of ‘skinniest’ rescue dogs the RSPCA has ever seen has lastly discovered his blissful ending. Lurcher cross Luka was described by RSPCA employees as a ‘walking skeleton’ when he was first rescued 12 months in the past. Police officers first encountered the canine in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, in April 2023 whereas on an evening shift.
