Classes and Events at Ardest Gallery

[August 2023] , a regional arts gallery curated by Gallery Director Julie Verville, represents almost 40, leading Texas 2D and 3D visual artists. In addition to its core artists, the gallery will host continuous occasions such as month-to-month group art programs, Coffee Talk with an Artist, Art to Lunch in collaboration with regional dining establishments, poetry readings, musical efficiencies, and art classes/workshops for any ages and ability levels. Ardest Gallery lies at at 25200 Grogan’s Park Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380.

Upcoming Classes and Events:

• National Coloring Book Day – August second 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. – August second is National Coloring Book Day and we are commemorating in a BIG method! Our gallery artists have actually produced complementary coloring sheets for YOU. Stop in to develop your own coloring book with styles produced from 11 Texas artists!
• Art to Lunch – August 18th at 11 a.m. in the Gallery – Join us for an unique trip of our existing art exhibit “Abstraction” led by Ardest Gallery Director Julie Verville. Then, take pleasure in a pre-fixed menu at our surrounding restaurant Amerigo’s Grille. Preset menu: $22 pp. Choice of: Soup du jour or House Salad; Homemade Lasagna beef, ricotta, mozzarella, and marinara; House Selection Red and White Wine available for $5 glass; Reservations advised as space is restricted. • National Dog Day – Saturday, August 26th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Join us on National Dog Day as we commemorate dogs and motivate adoption!! Throughout the day, get a close up of 7 regional artists in action as they paint live, or sketch commissioned dog pictures. A portion of ALL gallery sales will be contributed to pick regional dog rescue groups. Participating animal picture artists consist of: Robyn Crowell, M L Huff, Lauren Luna, Jeff Lung, Judy Mackey, Teresa Staley, and Eric Sundin.
