RSPCA Cymru attraction for proprietor following considerations of pony at widespread

RSPCA Cymru has launched an attraction for data to attempt to discover the proprietor of a pony faraway from Gelligaer and Merthyr Common resulting from considerations for the animal’s welfare.
A chestnut filly – who’s believed to be aged underneath the age of 1 – was faraway from the widespread on Tuesday 26 March with help from members of the specialist RSPCA Equine Officer staff, World Horse Welfare and Caerphilly County Borough Council.
