A bonded pair of Isle of Wight rabbits are in determined want of a endlessly home forward of their very first anniversary as a pair.

RSPCA Isle of Wight says Dougie and Dora got here into its care as single rabbits.

Dougie, a two-year-old Angora x Cashmere lop, has been with the charity for 624 days: nearly all of his life.

Two-year-old lop, Dora, in the meantime, has been with the RSPCA for 424 days.

“Dougie was coming up to a year in our care, and Dora wasn’t getting any interest, so the Rabbitry team decided it would benefit both bunnies’ welfare if they were bonded together,” mentioned a spokesperson for the charity.

“After lots of supervised bunny dates, they have been bonded and are coming up to their one-year anniversary of being together, in June.

“We would love for them to find their first home together before their anniversary.

“They are both huge characters, love foraging, digging and being cheeky.

“They can live indoors or outdoors, providing their accommodation meets our requirements.”
