Terrence Bennett is alleged to have precipitated the canine pointless struggling.
It is claimed that he was holding it and “thrusting into the rear of it in a sexual movement”.
The 66-year-old of Cornwell Close, Gosport, appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court immediately for his trial.
But the case was adjourned after it was stated {that a} witness’s canine, which isn’t concerned within the allegation, had died which means the witness couldn’t attend.

Speaking to magistrates, Bennett stated the allegations are “not true”, including: “None of it’s true.”
It comes after police had been referred to as to reviews of a “man having intercourse with a canine” in Cornwell Close, Gosport, at round 8pm on October 27 in 2021.
The canine was seized and brought into the care of kennels.
Bennett was given unconditional bail to seem on the identical court docket on April 8 for the rearranged trial.
He denies the cost.
