Bloomfield, Conn. (WFSB) – Bloomfield Volunteer Fire Department reacted to an animal rescue today.
First getting here teams discovered a dog had actually crawled 40-50 feet inside a 200 foot long pipeline.
The Town of Bloomfield Department of Public Works was contacted us to collect an area of pipeline to access the dog.
Once collected, teams pressed a hose pipe behind the dog to offer him the staying 10 feet to leave the pipeline.
It took control of 2 hours, however the group of very first responders had the ability to release the animal and he is now safe.
