Jean Campbell, 71, was preparing some biscuits for her precious six-year-old dog Poppy when she identified the unique animal.

“Poppy wouldn’t go anywhere near it. She’s not that brave as far as things like that are worried, she guides well clear of it.

“It’s a charming snake and the colours and markings were magnificent, it was extremely unique.
“I believed it should’ve originated from someplace neighboring. Hopefully it will return home.”
Jean likewise shared an image of the snake on area app Next Door to alert residents in case the snake roamed from its home.
