TARBORO, N.C.— Tarboro authorities on Friday were searching for a male whom next-door neighbors declared shot their dog.
Cops stated that citizens of a house in the 400 block of Chestnut Street informed them Ladarius Devon Powell, 31, had actually grumbled about the dog in the past, and on Thursday night, entered their house and shot it with a pistol.
